These Terms and Conditions apply to the Martin MacDonald Tour Ticket purchase:

  1. The business is Nutrition Mentoring Ltd whose registered office is at Loughborough, Leicestershire, UK.
  2. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount.
  3. Any prices are as shown on the site and discounts have already been calculated.
  4. Nutrition Mentoring Ltd reserves the right to offer different promotions and benefits to the public, than to members of The Mentoring Lab and students of MNU.
  5. Nutrition Mentoring Ltd reserves the right to offer different prices for this ticket in the future.
  6. Tickets purchased via Martin MacDonald are non-refundable unless stated otherwise on the specific product; however, tickets are transferable to someone else up until one week before the event.
  7. Nutrition Mentoring Ltd reserves the right to cancel the promotion if circumstances arise outside of its control.
  8. All Martin MacDonald tour talks are filmed for promotional use therefore by attending the tour, you may appear in some promotional material for the tour.
  9. Purchased tickets will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  10. Nutrition Mentoring Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice.
